Position Overview

Property Manager This is a full-time, in-person role located in Greenville, NC with a salary range of $80k - $90k. The position requires a responsible and proactive professional to provide high-level leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Property Manager You will oversee a dedicated team that handles the day-to-day operations of the property. This team's focus includes delivering excellent customer service, managing client delinquencies, and coordinating local outreach, tours, and open houses. Your oversight ensures all client complaints and property maintenance are handled efficiently.

Daily Operations & Compliance

Property Manager Responsibility includes ensuring that the entire property remains completely clean at all times. You will directly oversee and coordinate all necessary Section 8 inspections to maintain strict regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

Property Manager Candidates must have 2+ years of progressive property management experience. Exceptional communication skills are required for this role, and the ideal candidate must be both highly responsible and consistently proactive in their management style.
