Position Summary

The Residential Roofing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and leading a roofing crew on residential projects. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards and manufacturer specifications. The Foreman acts as the on-site leader, trainer, and primary point of communication between the crew, project management, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & superviseresidential roofing crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivity
• Oversee installationsto ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications
• Ensure quality controlby inspecting work and correcting issues as needed
• Enforce safety standardsand ensure proper use of PPE and fall protection
• Communicatewith management, crew, and homeowners on job progress and issues
• Manage materials & equipmentto minimize waste and keep jobs running efficiently
