* Hospital renovations (VA hospital experience is highly preferred)
* Managing construction while patient care remains operational
* Abatement and hazardous material coordination
* Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA)
* Sequencing and phasing complex renovations
* Negative air systems, dust containment, and temporary barriers
* Coordinating with hospital staff, subcontractors, and inspectors
* Confidently managing the logistics of occupied healthcare construction
