Real Estate Title Processor

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and personable Title Professional to work with our team in a fast-paced office with frequent and high-level client contact. • Collaborate with title examiner and underwriter to prepare title insurance policy and binders and title commitments, and with loan closer to prepare HUD-1 real estate settlement statements

• Title Processing of sale and refinance transactions
• Reviewing contracts
• Review title abstracts
• Verify compliance with title commitment requirements
• Communicating frequently with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders
• Track the progress of file inputs/requirements to ensure that the transaction is able to meet the settlement date
• Input data to Qualia and create documents for closing
• Prepare and balance Closing Disclosure/ALTA based on lender instructions, contract, and title requirements
• Upload signed documents to the lender for funding authorization
• Balance the file to the lender's and buyer's wire, and prepare disbursements

• 2-3 years' experience as a real estate title or mortgage processor
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent multi-tasker
• Enthusiastic, friendly, patient, and kind
