Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (16–40 hours per week)

Compensation: $254,500 – $302,148 annually) + Signing Bonus!

Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexible schedules ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week.
- Operating days: Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, including thorough patient histories and physical examinations.
- Order, perform, and evaluate diagnostic tests and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Promote preventive screenings, patient education, health hazard assessments, and family planning guidance.
- Provide clinical oversight for medical trainees and direct medical assistants, lab personnel, and support staff.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation, coding, and chart management.
- Participate in internal quality control audits, team meetings, and continuous professional learning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or designated specialty field of practice.
- Licensure: Current, active medical license to practice in the State of California, along with a valid DEA license and CPR certification..
- Language Skills: Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly preferred but not required.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong teamwork and communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and service excellence.
