Family Medicine Physician

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (16–40 hours per week)

Location: Near San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $254,500 – $302,148 annually) + Signing Bonus!

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Flexible schedules ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week.
  • Operating days: Monday through Saturday.

Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments, including thorough patient histories and physical examinations.
  • Order, perform, and evaluate diagnostic tests and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Promote preventive screenings, patient education, health hazard assessments, and family planning guidance.
  • Provide clinical oversight for medical trainees and direct medical assistants, lab personnel, and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation, coding, and chart management.
  • Participate in internal quality control audits, team meetings, and continuous professional learning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or designated specialty field of practice.
  • Licensure: Current, active medical license to practice in the State of California, along with a valid DEA license and CPR certification..
  • Language Skills: Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly preferred but not required.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong teamwork and communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and service excellence.
