What You'll Be Working On

You'll play a key role in delivering ground-up commercial construction projects, including:

• Luxury Retail
• Class A Office
• High-End Restaurants
• Mixed-Use Commercial Developments
• Hospitality Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Drive quality control and maintain strong client relationships throughout construction.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Background in one or more of the following:
  • Luxury Retail
  • Class A Office
  • High-End Restaurants
  • Hospitality
  • Mixed-Use Commercial
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus.
