Job Description
Benefits:
Personal Trainer / Group Fitness InstructorBASECK Training — Haddonfield, NJ
At BASECK, we call this role "Coach" — because you're not just running workouts, you're the reason our members stick with their goals. This role blends one-on-one personal training, group fitness instruction, and client coaching all in one: you'll lead our signature 30-minute full-body circuit classes while also building individual relationships with members. Every rep a client puts in also earns points toward a donation to one of six charity partners. It's fitness with a purpose, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of delivering it.
Perks of Joining Our Team
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the accountability side of coaching — the follow-up calls, the check-ins, the moment a client hits a goal they didn't think they could. You should be just as comfortable leading a group through a high-energy circuit class as you are coaching someone one-on-one or talking through a membership option. If you've got sales instincts, a coach's patience, and the presence to run a room, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Client Coaching & Results
What Success Looks Like
Compensation
