Assistant Property Inspector (Hiring for immediate position)

Compensation:$14 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection tasks as instructed by the supervisor
- Document on-site observations according to the Company's guidelines
- Communicate with the supervisor
- Adhere to the safety guidelines according to the Company's guidelines
Qualifications:
- Construction or administrative work experience is desired, but not required
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
- Have good physical stamina to climb ladders and climb stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time
- Basic skills construction knowledge (how to use construction equipment and tools) is needed
