Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well across all levels of an organization, and takes ownership of the full AR cycle — from invoicing through cash application and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process billings in a timely manner
• Support billing activities and deliver invoices via customer web portals
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with applicable contracts, guidelines, and regulations
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external business partners/clients regarding past-due payments
• Perform timely and accurate cash application of customer payments
• Maintain daily invoice logs and subledger records
• Maintain and monitor accounts receivable aging
• Build and sustain professional relationships with employees at all levels in a fast-paced environment
• Support broader AR department functions, including the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audits, and special projects as needed
