Prepare/Review for U.S. income tax returns - federal and state and local;
- Correspond with tax authorities, the outside Big 4 CPA firm and other third parties.
- Perform some research and planining on various tax issues.
- Involvement with the tax provision (including ASC 740).
- Review of quarterly federal state and local income tax estimates;
- Some work with Indirect and International taxes (but prior experience not necessary)
- Note that positions are bonus-eligible.
