Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an intelligent and motivated Nurse Practitioner for our Brooklyn location.

Our Nurse Practitioner will serve as the primary provider, managing a high-volume patient population.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in learning outpatient vascular medicine.

Travel to our Michigan and New York locations is required for training.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations for vascular and knee pain conditions.

  • Conduct focused physical assessments and develop treatment plans following established clinical protocols

  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing including vascular ultrasounds and other imaging studies

  • Identify patients requiring procedural intervention and collaborate with physicians regarding treatment planning

  • Provide pre-procedure evaluations and post-procedure follow-up care

  • Educate patients regarding vascular disease, risk factor modification, medications, and lifestyle changes

  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and efficient EMR documentation

  • Work collaboratively with ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical staff in a high-volume outpatient setting

  • Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficiency and workflow standards

Requirements:

  • Active New York Nurse Practitioner license required

  • Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, etc.)

  • Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Comfortable managing medically complex patients

  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy with strong EMR/documentation skills

  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities

  • Willingness to travel for training

Preferred Background:

Experience in one or more of the following preferred:

  • Vascular Medicine

  • Cardiology

  • Emergency Medicine

  • Critical Care / ICU

  • Iterventional Radiology

  • Internal Medicine

  • Acute Care
