What You’ll Do as a Line Cook

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and cooking menu items to perfection.
• Knife work, sauce making, cooking proteins, salad dressings, throwing dough, building pizzas, and working ovens.
• Ensuring all food is presented to our specifications and meets our quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy times.
