Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload lumber products onto trucks
• Build lumber orders for delivery
• Check in and receive purchased materials, including verifying quantities and checking for defects
• Put away all incoming stock items in assigned locations
• Pick sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Report discrepancies in the inventories to the Supervisors
• Maintain warehouse & yard cleanliness & adhere to safety procedures
• Pick and pull any requested transfers, display items and customer samples as requested
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to answer any stock checks or questions

Candidate Profile:

• Hard worker, great attitude, able to follow directions, team player, neat and organized, on time and ready to work when scheduled (flexibility for some Saturdays)

Experience:

• Employee must be able to lift up to and including 100lbs
• Must have forklift experience (1 year preferred)
• Lumber experience is a plus, but not required
• Be comfortable with working outdoors in the various elements
