The Elder Agency is growing, and were looking for an energetic, confident Outbound Telemarketer to help us connect with potential customers and generate opportunities for our sales team.
This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who is comfortable on the phone, motivated by goals, and isnt afraid to hear no on the way to a yes.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Generate interest in Auto, Home, and other insurance products
Gather basic prospect information
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified opportunities to licensed sales advisors
Follow up with leads and previous prospects
Maintain consistent daily call activity and production goals
Requirements
Insurance experience is NOT required. We can teach you the industry were looking for someone with the personality, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
