About the Role

• Apply rubber and polymer coatings to precision industrial rollers
• Interpret work orders and blueprints (preferred experience)
• Move and stage materials with a forklift, crane, and hand truck
• Perform inspections and record quality results
• Follow standards emphasizing safety, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement—the American Roller Way

Shifts

• 2nd: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (paid lunch)
• 3rd: Sun–Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

Immediate openings on both shifts.

Pay & Perks

• $23.75–$26.18/hour + shift premium (based on experience)
• Weekly pay

• Career advancement: Up to two wage increases in your first year
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 6 months of employment

Requirements

• 1+ years manufacturing experience
• Read, write, and perform basic math
• Experience with blueprints (preferred)
• Comfort operating a forklift, crane, and hand truck
