Beech Mountain Resort is seeking friendly and attentive Servers to join our team at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Servers are responsible for delivering an excellent dining experience by ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set tables and ensure cleanliness of the dining area
• Present the menu and assist customers with food and beverage selection
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Perform side work and minor food preparation tasks
• Assist in keeping facilities clean and presentable
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience as a server, waitress, or waiter is a plus
• Knowledge of beer is a huge advantage
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak times
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
