As a Server Assistant, your general responsibilities will include running food and drinks to tables, cleaning tables, preparing our signature table-side Guacamole, and providing any assistance needed for a quality dining experience. Job Summary
As a Server Assistant, your general responsibilities will include running food and drinks to tables, cleaning tables, preparing our signature table-side Guacamole, and providing any assistance needed for a quality dining experience. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to all guests
- Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions
- Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams
- Assist in running food
- Assist in bussing tables
- Must be hospitality focused and solution-oriented
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
- Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize duties
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Ability to properly lift 25 lbs
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
- Possess organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
