About the Role:
The primary function of the Scheduling and Operations Coordinator is to maintain day-to-day operations and assist with HR duties. They work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth process for all employees from onboarding and beyond.
This position is on site in Long Island, CA. Opportunities for remote work may be possible with approval.
Requirements for the Role:
2 years of experience in healthcare administration.
Experience managing client and staff session schedules.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Some college or associates degree or higher, preferred.
Ability to work on site at the ABA clinic in Long Island, CA.
