Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit. Our team-oriented environment is designed to support your growth and development, and we welcome new graduates and walk-ins to join our family!
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
Supervise and delegate tasks to certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and other staff members
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
Valid Texas RN License
Valid CPR Certification
I.V. Certification Preferred
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
