Position Summary

A top-tier general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join its Atlanta office. This role manages ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast and offers long-term career growth with an established contractor known for grocery, retail, convenience store, and commercial developments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Prepare estimates, bid packages, budgets, buyouts, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Maintain schedules, quality, safety, and project documentation.
• Utilize Procore and company technology.
• Travel to project sites while maintaining an office presence.

Required Qualifications

• Commercial General Contractor Project Management experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Experience with grocery stores, shopping centers, convenience stores, gas stations, or similar commercial projects.
• Estimating and bidding experience.
• Stable employment history with long-term tenure.
• Valid driver's license, background check, and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with Publix, Whole Foods, Kroger, Lidl, Sprouts, QuickTrip, Parker's, RaceTrac, Pilot or similar clients.
• Procore experience.
• Medical/outpatient construction experience.
