Complete Care at Mercerville is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator / Medical Records Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team.

In this dual-role position, you'll help ensure our residents receive the medical supplies and equipment they need while also supporting accurate and compliant medical records management. Central Supply Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and facility materials

  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute supplies throughout the facility

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock

  • Track supply usage and recommend inventory adjustments

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries

  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records

  • Work closely with nursing leadership and department managers to meet supply needs

  • Ensure supplies and equipment meet quality and safety standards

Medical Records Responsibilities
  • Maintain resident medical records in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

  • Organize, file, scan, and retrieve resident documentation

  • Assist with medical record audits for accuracy and completeness

  • Support admission, discharge, and record retention processes

  • Protect resident confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Central Supply, Medical Records, Inventory Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare role preferred

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems

  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, residents, and families

  • Knowledge of healthcare inventory systems and medical supplies is a plus
