Join a Team That CaresComplete Care at Mercerville is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator / Medical Records Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team.
In this dual-role position, you'll help ensure our residents receive the medical supplies and equipment they need while also supporting accurate and compliant medical records management. Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and facility materials
Order, receive, stock, and distribute supplies throughout the facility
Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock
Track supply usage and recommend inventory adjustments
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
Work closely with nursing leadership and department managers to meet supply needs
Ensure supplies and equipment meet quality and safety standards
Maintain resident medical records in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Organize, file, scan, and retrieve resident documentation
Assist with medical record audits for accuracy and completeness
Support admission, discharge, and record retention processes
Protect resident confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance
Previous experience in Central Supply, Medical Records, Inventory Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare role preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, residents, and families
Knowledge of healthcare inventory systems and medical supplies is a plus
