This position supports the marketing dept and member services with the timely development of Campaign Ads, marketing and social media posts, and creative ad development to draw attention to our brand and events. Development of scripts for organizational messaging and communications.
- Plan events and promotions, research supporting giveaways, obtain comparative pricing.
- Assist with all Business Development & Community outreach/events
- Social Media posting and Communication on a regular basis
- Web & Internet Updates. Develops and update content of the company’s external web site and Intranet pages with current disclosures, product changes, promotions and financial articles. Creates and maintains FAQ and answers section of website. Accuracy of website/links working/ dated materials updated/removed from branches and website.
- Reporting:
- Timely proofing deliverables for the financial package marketing materials and content for monthly BOD package by the 5th of each month.
- Preparation to ensure completeness and accuracy of the monthly Newsletter which must be distributed by the 3rd Monday of the following month; or 3-4 days before the FMC meeting.
- Develop monthly agenda in advance and lead FAFCU Youth Advisory Board; prepare surveys and assist with evaluation of business needs based on survey results.
- Regular monitoring of branch collateral for consistency in branding across all branches/Hqtrs and communication, including digital Billboard. Monthly QC check on all branch collateral/logo updates.
- Create advertising for the 9S Billboard and ensure timely changes as requested by Management.
- Strong experience of digital and social media platforms such as Hootsuite, Survey Monkey, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. and website CMS.
- Strong quantitative skills and are comfortable in a data driven environment.
- Ability to use creative thinking in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
- Financial Acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage a number of simultaneous initiatives and keep deliverables on schedule.
