Key Requirements:
- You will work as a liason between upper management and floor operations.
- You will help direct workflow, troubleshoot mechanical or production issues, supervise technicians, and enforce strict safety compliance. Responsibilities will include delegating tasks, managing shift schedules, and monitoring the quality of finished work.
- Inspecting completed jobs and troubleshooting complex issues or technical schematics.
- Tracking parts and ensuring all shop equipment is clean, safe, and functioning properly.
