We’re seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and help shape the next chapter of PineCrest. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN leader who is passionate about resident care, team development, clinical outcomes, and creating a positive workplace culture.

• Active Florida RN license

• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing

• Previous DON or ADON experience strongly preferred

• BSN preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
