Assist in overseeing all press room operations on day-to-day basis that will report to General Manager.
Communicate, interact with and manage press room operators
Train press room operators to be self sufficiant.
Trouble shooting tool and press problems. (Tool and Die, CNC machining, Punch Presses.)
Keep records of press jobs ran.
2-4 years manufacturing.
2-4 years supervisory or management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Complex problem solving.
Judgement and decision making.
Time management.
MUST have strong interpersonal skills.
