You'll provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth.Our Company:Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. This Position:We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field OR High School Diploma/equivalent and four (4) years' experience in human services OR a combination of the above.We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and has knowledge of how to access community resources.
