• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors and adults in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Perform essential care tasks as assigned, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines
