- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain active supervision and ensure the safety of every child.
- Build positive relationships with families through daily communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Follow all Texas Child Care Regulation minimum standards and center policies.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with toddlers or in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must meet Texas Child Care Regulation requirements.
