Job Summary:

Adams Farm Living & Rehabilitation, a premier healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Jamestown, North Carolina. As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality care is delivered to our patients and residents 24/7. With a focus on leadership, patient-centered care, and teamwork, you will supervise and support our nursing staff during weekend shifts to provide exceptional care and services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants during weekend shifts

• Conduct hourly rounding and tours to ensure quality care and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in on-call duties to address concerns and make decisions that promote patient well-being

• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

• Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion among team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience
