Steady OTR Miles and No Touch Freight

LEM Trucking is hiring Class A CDL truck drivers in Valdosta, GA for an OTR position running consistent freight across the eastern United States. This account is a good fit for drivers looking for strong weekly mileage, newer equipment, and a regular home time schedule.

Drivers average around 3,000 miles each week. All freight is no touch and consists of both drop and hook and live customer appointments. Routes remain east of Texas, with no deliveries required in New York City.

Earnings and Home Time

Weekly earnings range from $1,400 to $1,900. CPM is determined by verifiable tractor trailer experience.

Drivers stay out for two weeks at a time and return home every other weekend for a 48 hour reset. The account maintains approximately a 95 percent on time rate for scheduled home time.

Trucks and Driver Support

Equipment consists of 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth trucks. Each truck includes an APU, power inverter, refrigerator, TV mount, and microwave mount.

Loads are managed through a technology based system that allows drivers to request their next assignment through the company app. Driver advocates are available around the clock when assistance is needed.

Benefits become available after 30 days and include medical coverage through BCBS, dental and vision insurance, and a 401K with company match. Vacation pay is available after one year.

Rider and pet programs are available immediately.

Orientation and Qualifications

Paid orientation lasts three days. A private hotel room and qualifying travel expenses are provided.

Drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least 3 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience within the past 36 months.
