Job description:
Earn up to approximately $3,700 per week in total compensation
Taxable hourly pay up to $70/hour, plus applicable housing and meal stipends for eligible travelers.

Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a premier Level I Trauma & Comprehensive Stroke Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. If you have strong Neuro IR, Stroke Intervention, and Interventional Radiology experience, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly specialized team.

Assignment Details:
  • Position: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Location: Charlotte, NC
  • Contract Length: 20 Weeks (13-week contracts considered)
  • Start Date: August 19, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Shift: Days | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
  • Call: Required (1 weekday/week + rotating weekends every 6–7 weeks)
  • Float: None

Required Skills:
  • Previous travel assignment experience.
  • MUST HAVE Neuro Interventional Radiology experience.
  • Stroke intervention experience.
  • Carotid angiography.
  • Thrombectomy.
  • Embolization.
  • Vertebroplasty.
  • Angioplasty.
  • Central venous access.
  • TIPS procedures.
  • Mesenteric angiography.
  • Nephrostomy.
  • Biliary procedures.
  • Uterine artery embolization.
  • Fluoroscopy experience.
  • PACS experience.
  • Sterile technique.
  • Procedure scrubbing.
  • Equipment setup.
  • Contrast procedures.
  • Lead tech experience.
  • Experience with Rapid Response/Code Teams.
  • Epic EMR experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Stroke Certified Hospital experience.
  • ARRT CI.
  • ARRT VI.
  • GE Innova IGS.
  • Siemens Artis Biplane.
  • Ultrasound-guided procedures.
  • Teaching Hospital experience.
  • Trauma Level I experience.
  • Community Hospital experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Advanced ARRT or ARRT R.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology Technologist experience.
