Kitting AssociateOverview Summary
Summit Staffing is seeking a Kitting Associate to support warehouse operations by assembling, packing, and preparing products for shipment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring orders are accurate, organized, and ready to ship in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Assemble boxes and packaging materials for outgoing shipments
- Pick and organize items based on order sheets or work instructions
- Pack products accurately and securely to prevent damage
- Label and prepare shipments for distribution
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks with consistency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience
- Experience working with order picking or shipping processes
- Fast-paced warehouse setting with repetitive tasks
- Standing and moving for the majority of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Required PPE may include steel-toed shoes and safety gear as assigned
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement based on performance
