Production Associate
Location: Greenville, OH
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Greenville, Ohio.
Multiple production positions are available, including Loader, Inspector, Packer, and Candle Filler.
Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned production area, responsibilities may include:
- Load products and materials onto production lines
- Inspect glass products for defects and quality concerns
- Pack finished products according to production requirements
- Assist with candle filling and related production processes
- Handle glass products carefully and safely
- Maintain an efficient pace to meet production goals
- Follow established quality and safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when inspecting and handling products
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High school diploma or GED required
