Responsibilities/Duties:
- Learn WGM culture and offerings
- Answer calls and book moves
- Follow up on leads and prospects
- Produce upsells and cross-sells
- Stay knowledgeable of packing procedures, basics and foreman training
- Estimate jobs (packing, supply sales, local/long distance moving, storage, etc)
- Build accurate estimates
- Participate in company training(s)
- Report at weekly sales meeting (Accomplishments and Plan)
- Attend Weekly sales meeting - Review previous weeks sales reports and Plan Upcoming Weeks Goals
- Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
