Pharmacist
Job Summary
Verify and fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for medical review, and supervises and directs support personnel.
Education & Experience
• Graduate of school of pharmacy: RequiredDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: PreferredOne year's technical experience: PreferredInpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: RequiredAll licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS): RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS): RequiredPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS): Required
