Junior Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We’re hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with paid training, making it a great opportunity for candidates who are new to marketing or looking to turn their customer service experience into a career.

You’ll work directly with customers and support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities while developing valuable communication, sales, and marketing skills.

• Represent our clients and marketing campaigns in a professional and positive manner
• Interact directly with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Assist with promotional events, campaigns, and community outreach
• Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Help increase customer awareness and interest in featured products or services
• Work closely with team members to meet campaign and customer engagement goals
• Track basic customer feedback and campaign results
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development

You don’t need a marketing degree or previous marketing experience to succeed in this role.
