Job Description:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides senior-level expertise in unemployment insurance programs and performs complex technical and programmatic work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on unemployment insurance program initiatives.
- Support development of technical assistance resources.
- Lead analysis of successful practices.
- Develop guidance documents and educational materials.
- Support outreach and training initiatives.
- Advise leadership on specialized program issues.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
Education Requirements:
