In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data.
Pay: $21 - $29 / hour
Schedule Availability Requirement: Monday - Friday, between 12:45pm - 7:15pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and Saturday 9am-4pm
Required Training Availability: All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:

- Virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm
- In-person shadowing from 1pm to 4pm or 4pm to 7pm

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Attend scheduled supervision, training, and staff meetings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred
- CPR certification required - reimbursement available after first 90 days of employment!
- TB test required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and respond quickly for client safety
- Ability to pass background screening
- Active RBT certification, strongly preferred
- Enrollment in BCBA or BCaBA coursework is a plus
