Heavy Equipment Operator - Adamsville, AL (Temp-to-Perm)

Pay: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Adamsville. This position offers the chance to transition into a permanent role based on performance, attendance, and client needs.

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and skid steers
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed
• Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions

• Previous heavy equipment operating experience (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work full-time and flexible hours if needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety

• Experience in construction, grading, or site prep
• OSHA certification (a plus)
