Cleaning Operative - 1st Shift

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Cleaning Operative positions for a Manufacturing company in Frankfort, IN. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. Apply now!

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas throughout the facility

• Sweep, mop, dust, wipe down, and clean floors, surfaces, equipment, and common areas

• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the workplace

• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and instructions

• Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment as directed

• Identify areas requiring additional cleaning or attention and address them promptly

• Maintain a clean and organized supply area

• Assist coworkers and other departments with cleaning or general duties as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

$15.00/hour

1st Shift

Monday – Friday

6:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

30-minute lunch

• Dependable and punctual with reliable attendance

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean environment

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Maintains a positive and professional attitude

• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions

• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift

• Consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness

• Willingness to help wherever needed and work effectively as part of a team
