Night Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Night Shift to join our team at Canal Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Akron, OH. As a night shift supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also mentoring and guiding our nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the night shift, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services
Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to resident care, staff performance, or facility operations
Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, staff performance, and facility operations
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:
Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to assess and prioritize resident needs
