We are looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a skilled crew on active site development projects in the Orlando area. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing underground utility installation from start to finish, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems through curb completion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and supervise pipe installation crews on active job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and site specifications
- Oversee installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage)
- Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
- Coordinate daily operations with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Train and support crew members in proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain productivity, quality control, and job site organization
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of pipe installation experience with crew leadership/supervision
- Strong knowledge of underground utility construction
- Ability to read construction drawings and perform layout work
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Safety-first mindset with field experience in site development work
