Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and our organization's mission and values
Manage and lead a team of nurses, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and outstanding patient outcomes
Collaborate with other departments, including medicine, therapy, and social services, to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery
Conduct and participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective allocation of staff
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, providing guidance and support to nursing staff

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role; experience in a rehabilitation setting is a plus
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
