Compensation:

$150,000+ commission based


Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their buying and selling goals
  • Conduct listing appointments and property showings
  • Market listings and negotiate offers
  • Manage client communication using our CRM
  • Partner with our Inside Sales Team to convert leads
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Stay current on local market trends

Qualifications:
  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
  • Experience in real estate sales or listing homes preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools
  • Highly organized and results-driven
  • Strong listing presentation and negotiation ability
  • Coachable with a growth mindset
