Job Summary:

As a Concierge at White Oaks Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families. Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner

• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate and facilitate resident activities, events, and outings

• Ensure that resident rooms are clean and comfortable, and that supplies are stocked and available

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Maintain accurate records and reports as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education programs

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, respect, and compassion

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (or equivalent education and training) in a healthcare or customer service setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
