Job Summary:
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to kick-start your executive career in healthcare administration? Golden Pavilion Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Administrator (AIT) to join our team. As an AIT, you will work closely with our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to manage a skilled nursing facility. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Maintain the Center's financial performance within budget and established standards
Hold Department Managers accountable for departmental fiscal performance
Implement effective systems to monitor and track accountability of departments

Quality Management:
Lead process to develop/implement programs to maintain quality of care to meet established goals
Responsible to maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and well-organized building
Verify compliance with state and federal requirements for licensure

Human Resource Management:
Foster a strong, cohesive team environment
Direct effective working relationships between departments
Hire and manage staff within Federal and State laws and Center policies

Physical Plant Management:
Accountable for the appearance and maintenance of the Center
Confirm equipment is in good operating condition
Knowledge of emergency and disaster processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, required
Graduate Degree, preferred
