We are looking for a Customer Service Insurance Associate who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service to our Personal Lines customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.


You will work directly with customers to assist with their Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and Life Insurance needs while ensuring every request is handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Personal Lines insurance clients.
  • Answer customer calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and service requests.
  • Follow up with customers and insurance companies to ensure requests are completed.
  • Take ownership of customer requests and see them through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation in agency systems.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Review policies and identify opportunities to improve customer protection.
  • Educate customers about their insurance coverage in a clear and helpful manner.
  • Assist customers with claims questions and provide guidance throughout the process.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Reliable and accountable—someone who does what they say they will do.
  • Strong with follow-through and follow-up—you don't let tasks fall through the cracks.
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in accuracy.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Texas Property Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days—we provide support and training).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
