Experienced In-Home Sales Representative
Job Description
We're hiring in-home Sales Representatives to run pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners across the Lowcountry, including Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, and the greater Savannah area. This isn't cold calling or door knocking. Your schedule is built for you with quality appointments from homeowners who already raised their hand.
You'll walk into every home with a proven sales system that has a repeatable close rate, a full tech stack (iPad, 3D design software, and a custom pricing tool), and the training to execute from day one.
We don't hand you a script and wish you luck. You get ongoing coaching every single week, so you're constantly getting sharper.
You'll receive two full weeks of in-office training covering the complete product line, the tech stack, and the entire sales model before you ever step into a home.

Compensation:$125,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Run in-home sales presentations with homeowners, design their new bath or shower on the spot, negotiate the agreement, and obtain signed contracts
Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet activity goals to ensure future business
Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
Position Bluffton Builders as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive knowledge and product expertise
Follow up promptly on customer requests for information and support self-generated referral opportunities
Qualifications:
Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
Some industry or product knowledge preferred; high school diploma required
At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
A consistent top performer in sales
