United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Barbacks to work at Boots on the Bend in South Bend, Indiana!
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting outdoor country music festival. As a Barback, you'll support bartenders by keeping bars fully stocked, organized, and running efficiently while helping provide an outstanding experience for concert guests.
Job Duties May Include:
- Restocking beer, liquor, mixers, cups, ice, garnishes, and other bar supplies
- Assisting bartenders to ensure quick and efficient beverage service
- Keeping bar stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event
- Removing empty bottles, trash, and recyclables from bar areas
- Transporting inventory and supplies to various bar locations
- Assisting with opening and closing bar setup and breakdown
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all event policies, alcohol service guidelines, and safety procedures
- Working closely with bartenders, supervisors, and event staff to support smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous barback, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or event experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Must be dependable and available to work both event days
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
