Server at Ferch's Crafthouse Grille

Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa is looking for 1-2 servers to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable, organized, has a willingness to learn, have fun, and make money!

Responsibilities:

• Presenting the menu and helping customers/providing menu knowledge
• Delivering food/drinks to tables
• Delivering a great customer experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers/staff during your shift to ensure the customer has the best experience
• Team Player!
• Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
• Follows all health/safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational/communication skills
• Experience as a Server is a plus but not required!
• Reliable transportation
